Louise Roesch (MBA, B.Sc - Hons)
Louise is an experienced practitioner of business process management. With over 12 years experience in IT, she has developed and delivered numerous projects for large corporates. Her career in process began early, whilst she was working for the IQ business group. She moved from IQ to Staffware in 2001, where she took up the role of process consultant. Whilst delivering projects, she used her position as process consultant at Staffware to play a key role in growing the accounts on which she worked, improving adoption of iProcess and increasing it's footprint. In 2005 she quit Staffware (then owned by TIBCO) and founded Procentrica with Adrian.

Louise's core competency and passion lies with Business Processes, specifically to identify and understand business processes combined with the ability to interpret the processes technically. Having successfully completed a MBA taught her to strategically think of the implication process would have on a business, and to uncover better ways to achie the same goals. A company should look at their core strategic processes and make it as efficient and effective as possible to enhance their competitive advantage and productivity. Louise's solid background in process reengineering and automation positions her ideally to do just that.
Adrian Tonkin (B.Com - Hons)
Adrian has been in the IT industry for over 15 years, offering his excellent technical abilities to a number of customers over the years. He has delivered numerous large and complex projects for blue chip companies, both in South Africa and abroad. He joined Staffware South Africa in 2000 where he quickly proved himself a capable addition to the team, being promoted from professional services consultant to lead sales support consultant. In 2005 he and Louise quit Staffware (then owned by TIBCO) and started Procentrica to address the need for competent iProcess skills that exists in the South African market place. more...
Adrian is responsible for the delivery of services to customers, focusing on architectural consulting and the detailed technical side of process automation. He is responsible for building supporting systems that allow the clients user base to effectively participate in processes. Ensures that integration is developed in accordance with project requirements on the most appropriate platform, be it Business Works, Java or .NET.
